The Exercise

* Coaching Brief Course Meters
* Swimming Four swimmers in 2 lanes. Involved about concussions so we do quick bits of backstroke. Swimmers have to cross over lanes they usually are likely to get disoriented. If again is longer than 25, the swimmers are in 1 lane to themselves.
* Making ready for open water race.
* Three hour Apply. 10 min. break
